当员工变成股东,华为把一般企业的三个重要利益相关方合并成了两个,它的竞争力得到了极大地释放。七八年前我曾经给一本关于华为的书写过序,当时我对华为的疑惑是:在电信和IT这种变化很快的高科技领域里面,美国、欧洲的主流公司都是上市公司,而华为作为一家非上市公司,能不能在这个行业里面持久成长?华为是中国企业中的珠穆朗玛,高,神秘。这个疑惑也就一直没有解开。最近一段时间,我们组织黑马营数度走入华为,经过深入交流,对这个问题有了新的感悟。

Huawei is Chinese enterprises in Everest, high, mysterious. This doubt has never solved. Recently, we organized a number of dark horse battalion into Huawei, after an in-depth exchange, this issue has a new insight.
