采用真空电弧熔炼法制备了Tb3Fe29-xCrx(2.5≤x≤6.0)系列化合物,采用X射线衍射和磁性测量等方法研究该系列化合物的结构和磁特性.实验结果表明,Cr含量在2.5≤x≤6.0时化合物保持Nd3(Fe,Ti)29型单斜结构,属于A2/m空间群.Tb3Fe29-xCrx系列化合物晶胞体积V随Cr含量增加而增加.随着Cr含量的增加,化合物的居里温度TC单调减小,低温自发磁化强度M0和饱和磁化强度Ms降低,各向异性场Ba先增加后降低,在x=3.5处出现极大值.
A series of Tb3Fe29-xCrx (2.5≤x≤6.0) compounds were prepared by vacuum arc melting method and their structures and magnetic properties were studied by X-ray diffraction and magnetic measurements.The experimental results show that the content of Cr in the range of 2.5≤x≤6 6.0, the monoclinic structure of Nd3 (Fe, Ti) 29 remains in the space group A2 / m, and the unit cell volume V of Tb3Fe29-xCrx series increases with the increase of Cr content.With the increase of Cr content, The temperature TC decreases monotonously. The spontaneous magnetization M0 and the saturation magnetization Ms decrease at low temperature. The anisotropy field Ba first increases and then decreases, and the maximum value appears at x = 3.5.
