随着全球各个行业竞争的加剧和信息时代的到来,各个国家的酒店也开始充分利用信息技术给自身的管理带来的变化,收益管理就是作为一种有效的管理模式,首先被美国酒店引进,并逐渐成为世界多个国家酒店的重要管理方式。实践证明,收益管理能够在一定程度上提高酒店收益,越来越成为酒店增收的重要手段。本文就针对这一新颖的管理手段,以中国高星级酒店为例,分析收益管理决策行为和绩效水平的影响因素。
With the intensification of competition in various industries around the world and the advent of the information age, hotels in various countries have begun to make full use of the changes brought by information technology to their own management. As an effective management model, revenue management is firstly introduced into the United States by hotels, And gradually become an important management method for hotels in many countries in the world. Practice has proved that revenue management to a certain extent, improve hotel revenue, more and more become an important means of hotel revenue. In this paper, aiming at this novel management method, taking China’s high-star hotel as an example, this paper analyzes the influencing factors of decision-making behavior and performance level of revenue management.
