动态参数与焊接质量直接相关。准确地讨论动态参数与焊接质量的关系需要利用材料的可焊性窗口。试验建立的钛-钢板焊接窗口表明钛-钢爆炸焊接时,碰撞点移动速度是决定焊接界面形态的主要参数。大面积的漩涡区及严重的热效应和残留在界面上的夹杂物是损害结合强度的主要因素。结合强度的规律性变化显示出最佳焊接参数存在于窗口内特定范围。试验证明焊接窗口可作为制定焊接工艺和预言焊接质量的依据。
Dynamic parameters are directly related to the quality of the weld. Accurately discussing the relationship between dynamic parameters and weld quality requires the use of the solderability window of the material. The titanium-steel welding window established by the experiment shows that the speed of the collision point is the main parameter that determines the shape of the welding interface when the titanium-steel is welded by explosion. Large areas of vortex area and severe thermal effects and the residual inclusions in the interface are the main factors that impair the bonding strength. The regular change of bonding strength shows that the best welding parameters exist in a certain range in the window. Tests show that the welding window can be used as a basis for formulating the welding process and predicting the welding quality.
