目的探讨中药复方银杏桑菊胶囊(GSC)对四氧嘧啶(ALX)致糖尿病(DM)模型小鼠血糖水平的影响。方法选用体重24g-28g的健康雄性小鼠以尾静脉注射给予四氧嘧啶45mg/kg(给予量10ml/kg)建立糖尿病模型小鼠80只,按照血糖水平随机分为4组,分别经口灌胃给予0、0.13、0.25、0.75g/kg BW剂量的银杏桑菊胶囊,同时以0.75g/kg BW剂量的银杏桑菊胶囊经口给予15只正常小鼠,给予1次/d,连续30d。试验结束禁食5h后,测定正常小鼠和DM小鼠的空腹血糖及口服2g/kg BW剂量的葡萄糖后0h、0.5h和2h的血糖,用血糖曲线下面积来表示糖耐量。结果与模型空白对照比较,0.75g/kg BW的银杏桑菊胶囊的空腹血糖、2h血糖与血糖曲线下面积明显降低(P<0.01),对正常小鼠血糖无影响。结论中药复方银杏桑菊胶囊具有降低ALX所致DM模型小鼠高血糖水平的作用。
Objective To investigate the effect of Ginkgo Sangju Capsule (GSC) on blood glucose of diabetic mice induced by alloxan (ALX). Methods Healthy male mice weighing 24g-28g were injected with tail vein injection of alloxan 45mg / kg (given 10ml / kg) to establish 80 diabetic mice, which were randomly divided into 4 groups according to blood glucose level, Stomach ginkgo Sangju capsules 0,0.13,0.25,0.75g / kg BW dose at the same time to 0.75g / kg BW dose of ginkgo Sangju capsules oral administration of 15 normal mice given 1 / d, continuous 30d . After fasting for 5h after completion of the test, the fasting blood glucose of normal mice and DM mice and the blood glucose of 0h, 0.5h and 2h after 2g / kg BW orally were measured, and the area under the blood glucose curve was used to express the glucose tolerance. Results Compared with the blank control group, the ginkgo biloba extract with 0.75g / kg BW significantly decreased the fasting blood glucose, the area under the curve of 2h blood glucose and blood glucose (P <0.01), and had no effect on the blood glucose of normal mice. Conclusion Ginkgo Sangju Capsule has the effect of reducing the hyperglycemia in DM model mice induced by ALX.
