概要1915年,第一次对房屋建筑物和桥梁的抗震设计提出了现在还在使用的静力震度法,确立了在构筑物的设计中考虑地震影响的方法。输送煤气、水、电、石油等的地下埋设管道,可以说是维持近代城市的生命线,这些构筑物的抗震设计,用静力震度法是不合适的。在静力震度法大约用了半个世纪之后,才提出合理地考虑地震影响的设计
Summary In 1915, for the first time, the static seismic method currently used for the seismic design of buildings and bridges was proposed, and a method of considering the influence of earthquakes in the design of structures was established.
