Osseointegration is no longer the only criterion for successful planting. As far as the long-term success of implant treatment is concerned, stable and healthy soft tissue around the implant is as important as stable bone. For aesthetic treatment of implant areas, the health, stability, and aesthetics of soft tissue around the implant have become key components of implant treatment, while the soft tissue around the implant in the aesthetic area is healthy and stable, including establishing a healthy implant around the gingiva , Aesthetic gingival and papilla position and morphology, and coordination of soft tissue contours. The main risks of immediate implantation of maxillary anterior teeth sites are aesthetical issues, especially the red aesthetics of soft tissue and the contour aesthetic of the bone arch. This report focuses mainly on discussing how to obtain the aesthetic effect of immediate implant of maxillary anterior teeth.
