目的 :观察神香苏合丸对狗冠脉流量及心肌耗氧的影响。方法 :采用在位心脏冠测流量法 ,狗 1 6只 ,分 3组 ,麻醉后行气管插管 ,行冠状静脉窦插管测定血流量 ,并计算每 1 0 0g心肌血流量。根据动脉及冠状静脉窦血氧差计算心肌耗氧量及心肌氧摄取率。然后分别给予生理盐水 2mg/kg ,为阴性对照组 ;麝香保心丸 54mg/kg(相当于推荐人用量 2 .7mg/kg的 2 0倍 ) ,为阳性对照组 ;神香苏合丸 560mg/kg(相当于推荐人用量 2 8mg/kg的 2 0倍 ) ,为实验对照组。给药组的灌胃容积与阴性对照组相同。于给药后 1 5和 60min重复测定上述指标。结果 :口服神香苏合丸及麝香保心丸可增加狗的冠脉流量 ,对心肌耗氧的影响不明显。结论 :神香苏合丸对心肌缺血具有保护作用。
Objective: To observe the effect of Shenxiang Suhe Pills on coronary flow and myocardial oxygen consumption in dogs. METHODS: All patients underwent coronary percutaneous coronary flowmetry. Sixteen dogs were divided into 3 groups. Tracheal intubation was performed after anesthesia. Coronary venous sinus catheterization was performed to measure blood flow, and myocardial blood flow per 100 g was calculated. According to the arterial and coronary sinus oxygen oxygen difference calculated myocardial oxygen consumption and myocardial oxygen uptake rate. Then, physiological saline 2 mg/kg was given as a negative control group; Shexiang Baoxin Pill was 54 mg/kg (equivalent to 20% of the recommender’s dosage of 2.7 mg/kg) as a positive control group; Shen Xiang Su He Wan 560 mg/ Kg (equivalent to 20% of the recommended dose of 28 mg/kg) is the experimental control group. The volume of gavage in the administration group was the same as that in the negative control group. The above indicators were repeatedly measured at 15 and 60 minutes after administration. RESULTS: Oral administration of Shenxiang Suhe Pills and Shexiang Baoxin Pills could increase the coronary flow of dogs and had no significant effect on myocardial oxygen consumption. Conclusion : Shenxiang Suhe Pill has a protective effect on myocardial ischemia.
