我厂经常制造大批螺钉,对于这些螺钉的螺纹部分长度要求比较严格(一般长度都是在8—9毫米)。过去在六角车床上套丝都要逐件测量螺纹长度,这样不但生产效率低,而且难以保证螺纹长度完全一致。最近我们改进了一个板牙头,用它在六角车床上套丝很方便。板牙头的特点是:1)结构简单;2)能够保证被加工件螺纹长度达到一致;3)可以提高生产效率,降低劳动强度;4)操作方便,一般徒工都可以掌握,而且还能避免事故的发生。
