中间球海胆 (Strongylocentrotusintermedius)八腕后期幼虫 ,在KCl添加浓度 10 0mmol/L海水中 ,分别处理 5 ,10 ,15min后 ,均变态为正常稚海胆。中间试验及生产应用结果表明 ,经KCl处理 ,幼虫的附着时间缩短了 36h ,附着率则分别增加了 40 4% ,2 7 7%。
The larvae of late eight-carp of Strongylocentrotus intermedius were transformed into normal sea urchins after treated with KCl at a concentration of 10 mmol / L for 5, 10 and 15 min, respectively. The results of intermediate test and production application showed that larvae ’s attachment time was shortened by 36h with KCl treatment, and the attachment rate increased by 40 4% and 277% respectively.
