浮动镗孔技术是机械加工φ25~600mm高精度孔时,广泛采用的一项重要工艺技术。但这项工艺技术长期来一直保持一种低速生产状态。目前国内工厂通常采用的切削速度仅为5~12m/min左右。为了大幅度提高浮动镗孔的切削速度,我们研制成一种完全新型的高速浮动镗孔装置。通过几轮生产验证,取得了基本稳定的令人满意的成效:在C3163机床上精镗φ80~(+0.04(?)),光洁度▽6~▽7的液压缸筒,切削速度可高达280m/min左右。
Floating boring technology is the machining of φ25 ~ 600mm high-precision hole, a widely used technology. However, this process technology has long maintained a low-speed production status. At present, the cutting speed commonly used in domestic factories is only about 5 ~ 12m / min. In order to greatly improve the cutting speed of floating boring, we developed a completely new type of high-speed floating boring device. Through several rounds of production verification, we achieved the basically stable and satisfactory results: on the C3163, the precision of boring φ80 ~ (+0.04 (?)), Smoothness ▽ 6 ~ ▽ 7 of the hydraulic cylinder, the cutting speed can be as high as 280m / min or so.
