按国家教委文件规定,应届高中生体育不合格不得报考高校。经查发现有大批无“中学生体育合格卡”者进入高校。由于国家教委对此种情况的通报批评,近年复查出现无卡进入高校者减少而入学后的体育复查未能达标者却在逐年上升的趋势。经调查证实上述情况的发生是部分中学不执行国家教委关于《中学生体育合格标准试行办法》,所填报学生体育成绩含大量水份所致。使复查工作失去意义。提高中学生体育水平主要应从抓体育合格标准的实施入手。
