针对淬火油清洗困难、碱液含油量高、不易回收等一系列问题,提出了热碱水及气浮分离技术,并确定各项参数。结果表明,碱液浓度8%,温度70℃,喷淋速率5 m/s及气浮分离时间20 min条件下,淬火工件清洗效果较好,淬火油回收效率高,废水排放少。
Aiming at a series of problems, such as difficult to clean quenching oil, high lye oil content and difficult to recover, a hot alkali water and flotation separation technology was put forward and various parameters were determined. The results show that under the condition of 8% alkali concentration, 70 ℃ temperature, 5 m / s spraying rate and 20 min flotation separation time, the cleaning effect of quenching work is better. The quenching oil recovery efficiency is high and wastewater discharge is less.
