国产直流电源变换器厚膜功率模块失效分析及对策

1 前言DC—DC电源变换器厚膜功率模块是“八五”期间为国家重点工程和军事应用而研制的新品。国防科工委94年专门下文要求几种主要工程配套用的新型关键元器件要进行评审,DC—DC是其中的一种。电子部五所研究分析中心通过评审过程的失效分析,准确找到了与DC—DC设计、工艺相关的存在问题和薄弱环节,并进行了对策研究,提出了7条改进措施。在1995年3月由科工委和电子部军工基础局召开的DC—DC评审总结会上,该项失效分析工作及其分析结果得到了研制单位、有关专家和上级部门的一致肯定与共识。 1 Introduction DC-DC power converter thick film power module is the “Eighth Five-Year” period for the state’s key projects and military applications and development of new products. National Defense Science and Industry Commission in 1994 specifically below requires several major projects supporting the use of new key components to be reviewed, DC-DC is one of them. Through the failure analysis of the assessment process, the five research and analysis centers of the Ministry of Electronics accurately found out the existing problems and weak links related to DC-DC design and technology, and carried out countermeasures and put forward seven improvement measures. At the DC-DC Review Summarization Conference held by the Science and Technology Commission and the Military Basic Bureau of the Ministry of Electronics Industry in March 1995, this failure analysis work and its analysis results were unanimously confirmed and agreed by the research institutes, relevant experts and the superior departments.
