目的观察硒对钴引起心肌细胞损伤的保护作用。方法分别于体外培养新生Wistar大鼠心肌细胞培养液中加入钴(40μg/ml)、硒(0.1μg/ml)、同时加入钴(40μg/ml)和硒(0.1μg/ml),在培养的不同时期观察心肌细胞形态结构,并测定心肌酶活性。结果硒能明显减轻钴对心肌细胞形态结构的损伤性改变,并可降低心肌细胞培养液中心肌酶的活性。结论硒对钴引起心肌细胞损伤有一定的保护作用。
Objective To observe the protective effect of selenium on myocardial injury caused by cobalt. Methods Cobalt (40μg / ml), selenium (0.1μg / ml) and cobalt (40μg / ml) and selenium (0.1μg / ml) were added into the culture medium of neonatal Wistar rat cardiomyocytes Myocardial cell morphology was observed during different periods of culture, and myocardial enzyme activity was measured. Results Selenium could obviously reduce the damage of cobalt on the morphology and structure of cardiomyocytes and decrease the activity of myocardial enzymes in myocardial cell culture medium. Conclusion Selenium has certain protective effect on myocardial cells induced by cobalt.
