观察儿童胆脂瘤71例,男41例(57%),女30例(43%),右耳35(49%),左耳36(51%),年龄2～17岁。病史中患急性中耳炎或分泌性中耳炎者为64例(90%)。24例(34%)鼓膜完好。对多数病例施行全部鼓室乳突切除术或中耳鼓室成形术,并对28例(39%)复发者和胆脂瘤残留者行二次手术,手术前后听力检查结果为,31例(42%)语言接受阈(SRT)良
There were 71 cholesteatoma cases in children, 41 (57%) were male and 30 (43%) were female, 35 (49%) were right and 36 (51%) were left and 2 to 17 years old.
