为了验证具有轴对称结构的车轮使用轴对称模型进行强度分析的可行性,根据国际铁路联盟标准UIC510—5规定的计算载荷和载荷工况,建立铁道机车车辆车轮轴对称模型与三维模型,对其强度进行分析。计算结果表明,轴对称模型与三维实体模型在车轮辐板区域的von_Mises应力比值的变化范围为0.96~1.045,且用轴对称模型算出的应力值大于用三维实体模型算出的应力值,用轴对称模型分析车轮的应力分布满足工程应用要求。
