本文以湖北境内4所高职院校教师、督导、在校生和毕业生、4个航空企业为调查对象,采用访谈法、企业调研法、问卷调查法、数理统计法,对湖北省航空服务专业形象塑造课程教学质量进行专题调研,并以该课程教学现状为研究对象,分析影响课程质量的主要因素,并针对存在问题,提出相应的对策。主要结论是必须实施信息化课程改革,将“微课”等信息化教学手段和“混合式”教学理念应用于课程教学,提高课程教学质量。
In this paper, four vocational colleges in Hubei Province, teachers, supervisors, students and graduates, four aviation enterprises as the survey object, the use of interviews, business research, questionnaire, mathematical statistics, aviation services in Hubei Province Image shaping the teaching quality of the special research, and the current teaching status of the subject for the study, analysis of the main factors affecting the quality of the curriculum, and for the existing problems, put forward corresponding countermeasures. The main conclusion is that we must implement the reform of informationalization curriculum, apply informational teaching methods like “micro-class ” and “hybrid ” teaching concept to the course teaching so as to improve the quality of the course teaching.
