目的建立HPLC同时测定救必应药材中紫丁香苷(syringin)和长梗冬青苷(pedunculoside)的方法。方法采用Dikma C18色谱柱(200 mm×4.6 mm,5μm);乙腈-水(10∶90)为流动相,梯度洗脱,体积流量1.0mL/min,检测波长210 nm。结果紫丁香苷线性范围为0.198 0~3.465 0μg,r=0.9999(n=8),平均回收率为97.1%(n=6),RSD为1.9%;长梗冬青苷线性范围为0.539 8~9.446 5μg,r=0.9999(n=8),平均回收率为99.2%(n=6),RSD为1.6%。结论本法操作简便、准确,具有良好的重现性,为救必应药材的合理利用与质量控制奠定基础。
Objective To establish a HPLC method for the simultaneous determination of syringin and pedunculoside in Salvia miltiorrhiza Bunge. Methods A Dikma C18 column (200 mm×4.6 mm, 5 μm) was used. Acetonitrile-water (10:90) was used as the mobile phase. The gradient elution was performed at a flow rate of 1.0 mL/min. The detection wavelength was 210 nm. Results The linear range of syringin was 0.198 0-3.465 0μg, r=0.9999(n=8), the average recovery was 97.1% (n=6), the RSD was 1.9%, and the linear range of long-stemmed flavin was 0.539 8~9.446. 5 μg, r=0.9999 (n=8), the average recovery was 99.2% (n=6), and the RSD was 1.6%. Conclusion This method is simple, accurate, and has good reproducibility, which lays the foundation for the rational use and quality control of salvage essential medicine.
