主要研究了热处理工艺对Ni36.1Fe63Sio.3Mn0.6合金的最大磁导率及其温度稳定性的影响。实验表明,退火温度升高,保温时间延长,合金的最大磁导率显著增高,而磁导率温度稳定性基本不变。组织分析表明,晶粒长大,位错等缺陷的消失是最大磁导率提高的主要原因。
The main study of the heat treatment process on Ni36.1Fe63Sio. Effect of 3Mn0.6 Alloy on Maximum Magnetic Permeability and Its Temperature Stability. Experiments show that the annealing temperature increases, the holding time is extended, the maximum permeability of the alloy is significantly increased, while the permeability of the temperature stability is basically unchanged. Tissue analysis shows that the disappearance of grain growth, dislocation and other defects is the main reason for the increase of maximum permeability.
