目的探讨人性化护理对头颈部癌患者生活质量及满意度的影响。方法选择2013年1月-2015年10月在医院住院的112例头颈部癌患者的临床护理资料,按照护理情况分为试验组和对照组各56例,对照组采用传统护理方式,试验组在对照组基础上加用人性化护理服务的护理方式。观察2组患者对护理的满意度,应用QOL生活质量量表评价治疗后患者的生活质量。结果研究组生活质量得分明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组护理的满意度明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对头颈部癌患者实施人性化护理干预,患者的满意度及生存质量明显提高,有利于患者的康复。
Objective To explore the effect of humanized nursing on the quality of life and satisfaction of head and neck cancer patients. Methods Clinical nursing data of 112 patients with head and neck cancer hospitalized from January 2013 to October 2015 in our hospital were divided into experimental group and control group according to the nursing situation, 56 cases in each group. The control group was treated by traditional nursing method and the experimental group In the control group based on the use of human nursing care services. Two groups of patients were observed satisfaction with the care, the use of QOL Quality of Life Scale to evaluate the quality of life of patients after treatment. Results The quality of life scores of the study group were significantly higher than those of the control group (P <0.05). The satisfaction degree of nursing in the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group (P <0.05). Conclusions The humanized nursing intervention for head and neck cancer patients significantly improves patient satisfaction and quality of life, which is good for patient rehabilitation.
