The hepatotoxicity of compound amoxicillin / clavulanic acid is relatively rare in the compound amoxicillin-clavulanic acid compound, which is more common in adult males and self-limiting. This article reports a boy who took the drug after rapid progressive liver injury with hilar fibrosis and lumen narrowing. Case 2 years old
