集约化养殖的迅速发展迫切要求开发鱼粉替代物,植物蛋白源以相对低廉的价格,稳定的供应优势,显示出了广阔的应用前景。但由于其中含有较多的抗营养因子而成为限制其在水产饲料中大量使用的因素。本文就抗营养因子对水产动物的影响做简要的综述,旨在为合理利用植物蛋白源,优化水产饲料配方提供理论依据。
The rapid development of intensive farming urgently requires the development of fish meal substitutes, and the plant protein source has a broad application prospect at a relatively low price and a stable supply advantage. However, due to its high content of anti-nutritional factors, it becomes a factor which restricts its extensive use in aquafeed. This article briefly reviews the impact of anti-nutritional factors on aquatic animals and aims to provide a theoretical basis for the rational utilization of plant protein sources and optimization of aquatic feed formulations.
