一、背景宝钢集团梅山矿业有限公司筹建于1959年10月,前身为梅山铁矿。在五十多年的发展历程中,几经整合与变革,矿业公司已形成了以铁精矿生产及销售为核心业务的矿山企业。目前,矿业公司采取直线职能制组织机构,总部机关下设9个职能部室;5个生产业务单位和2个子公司以及1个控股子公司。二、管理诊断分析组织诊断。开展公司管理流程、管理效率、机制变革工作调研,通过分层分类个别访谈、座谈会、调查问卷和先进企业对标考察学习,分析公司存在优势和不足:
