分析了铝合金深杯形零件的形状特点,制定了反挤压成形毛坯、开式小飞边终锻成形的工艺方案。工艺参数的计算表明,挤压毛坯可在终锻成形时一次正确成形锻件。对挤压制坯、开式终锻成形进行了有限元模拟。模拟结果显示,挤压毛坯能正确成形锻件;制定的两步成形工艺可行、合理,对该锻件的生产具有一定的指导意义。
The shape characteristics of deep cup shaped parts of aluminum alloy are analyzed, and the technological scheme of reverse extrusion forming blank and open flash edge final forging forming is established. Calculation of process parameters shows that the extruded blank can be forged correctly at the time of final forging. Finite element simulation was carried out on the extruded billet and open end forging. The simulation results show that the extrusion blank can form the forging correctly. The two-step forming process is feasible and reasonable and has some guiding significance for the production of the forging.
