中枢呼吸节律发生机理尚不清楚。1983年Euler 提出吸气活动起源于延髓吸气活动发生器(CIA),呼气是CIA 被吸气切断机制(IO-S)周期性主动抑制的结果,但CIA 与IO-S 尚无确切的解剖定位。1984年他又提出网状旁巨细胞外侧核和孤束核可能分别与CIA 及IO-S 有关。为此,我们研究了面神经核腹内侧区在呼吸时相转换中的作用。用家兔20只,20%乌拉坦麻醉(1~1.2g/kg,iv),常规气管插管,分离、记录一侧膈神经。按Sawyer 的兔脑定位图谱,将刺激电极或微量注射管插入面神经核腹内侧区(P14mm,L 或R2~3mm,H-10.5~-12mm)。刺激参数为方波,波宽0.3ms,强度0.05~0.15mA,频率100Hz。长串刺激3~5s,短串刺激0.1~0.3s。
The mechanism of central respiratory rhythm is not clear. In 1983, Euler proposed that inspiratory activity originated in the medullary inspiratory activity generator (CIA). Exhalation was the result of cyclical and periodic inhibition of CIA by inhalation and shut-off mechanism (IO-S), but CIA and IO-S had no exact Anatomic positioning. In 1984, he proposed that reticullar lateral and nucleus of solitary nucleus may be related to CIA and IO-S, respectively. To this end, we investigated the role of the ventral medial region of the facial nerve in respiratory phase transition. 20 rabbits, 20% urethane anesthesia (1 ~ 1.2g / kg, iv), conventional tracheal intubation, separation, recording of phrenic nerve on one side. According to Sawyer’s rabbit brain localization map, a stimulation electrode or a micropipette is inserted into the ventral medial area of the facial nerve nucleus (P14mm, L or R2 ~ 3mm, H-10.5 ~ -12mm). Stimulation parameters for the square wave, wave width 0.3ms, intensity 0.05 ~ 0.15mA, frequency 100Hz. Long-term stimulation 3 ~ 5s, short-term stimulation of 0.1 ~ 0.3s.
