我单位承建的一个锅炉房工程为框架结构,质检中发现1根框架柱,柱角处混凝土剥落,在梁高1000毫米范围内柱内无箍筋。为保证框架节点强度,根据设计部门意见,我们对上述框架节点采取了补强处理。一、补强处理方案框架梁端头留50~100毫米长度进柱,此部分混凝土保留,柱断面其余部分混凝土凿至柱有箍筋处。在柱主筋外侧沿梁高度,按原设计技箍筋间距@=200的要求,用冲击钻钻φ18圆孔,绑扎与原柱直径相同的φ8箍筋。箍筋接口处采用单面搭接焊,形成焊接封闭箍。将弯折柱主筋校直。检验合格
