建立反相高效液相色谱法测定增力再生丸中阿魏酸的含量测定方法。方法:采用安捷伦C18色谱柱(218mm×4.6mm,5μm),乙腈—水—磷酸(20:80:0.01),检测波长为324nm,流速为1.0ml/min,柱温为30℃。阿魏酸在20~180μg·mL-1范围内呈良好的线性关系(r=0.99995)。阿魏酸平均回收率分别为99.5%。结论:本法简便、准确,可用于增力再生丸中阿魏酸的含量测定。
To establish a reversed-phase high performance liquid chromatography method for the determination of ferulic acid in Zeng Li Wan Wan. Methods: Agilent C18 column (218 mm × 4.6 mm, 5 μm) was used with acetonitrile-water-phosphoric acid (20:80:.01) at a detection wavelength of 324 nm at a flow rate of 1.0 ml / min with a column temperature of 30 ° C. Ferulic acid showed a good linear relationship in the range of 20 ~ 180μg · mL-1 (r = 0.99995). The average recoveries of ferulic acid were 99.5%. Conclusion: This method is simple, accurate and can be used to determine the content of ferulic acid in Reinforcing Pill.
