With the continuous development of the market economy in our country, new types of industries continue to emerge, and the division of socialization is continuously refined. All kinds of new types of labor disputes continue to emerge. After promulgating and implementing Labor Contract Law for five years, Labor Dispute Arbitration and Mediation Law, the Labor Contract Law Implementing Regulations and the Judicial Interpretations of 1 to 4 of the Supreme People's Court on Handling Labor Dispute Cases have been issued one after another. Today, the amended Civil Procedure Law, not long ago Promulgated and implemented, the labor dispute trial faces new situations, new problems and new challenges. In the new trial situation, review and summarize the situation of trial of labor dispute cases in the past five years, and analyze the current situation of labor relations
