使用真空自耗炉制备出三种Ti-5Al-5Mo-5V-1Fe-1Cr钛基复合材料。凝固过程中通过微量B4C和Ti的反应生成微量Ti B和Ti C,添加B4C的质量分数依次为0.1%、0.2%、0.4%,制备出的样品经过热加工和热处理,β晶粒被大幅细化,但是β晶粒细化幅度并没有和B4C的量呈现线性关系,而是细化幅度增长越来越缓慢。经过研究,认为这与增强体加速了β晶粒合并有关。
Three kinds of Ti-5Al-5Mo-5V-1Fe-1Cr Ti-based composites were prepared by vacuum consumable furnace. In the solidification process, a trace amount of TiB and TiC were formed by the reaction of trace amounts of B4C and Ti. The mass fraction of B4C was 0.1%, 0.2% and 0.4%, respectively. The prepared samples were hot-worked and heat-treated, However, the extent of β grain refinement did not show a linear relationship with the amount of B4C, but the refinement amplitude increased more and more slowly. After research, this is believed to be related to the acceleration of β -grains by enhancers.
