地铁的公益属性决定了运营亏损成为世界各城市地铁运营普遍性的问题,根据我国轨道交通系统存在的问题,提出改革建议,以提升地铁运营效益。
The public welfare attributes of the MTRC have determined that the operating loss has become a universal issue for the subway operation in all cities in the world. According to the existing problems in the rail transit system in our country, suggestions on reform are proposed so as to enhance the operational efficiency of the MTR.
