目的 探讨热性惊厥 (FC)的免疫作用机制。方法 采用双抗体夹心酶联免疫吸附试验 (EL ISA)对30例 FC儿进行血清干扰素α(IFN-α)、白细胞介素 2 (IL - 2 )和肿瘤坏死因子α(TNF-α)测定 ,并与 2 0例正常儿童比较。结果 FC组血清 IFN -α、IL - 2、TNF-α水平均明显高于对照组 (t=5 .2 9,2 .19,5 .2 2 P分别 <0 .0 0 1,<0 .0 5 ,<0 .0 0 1) ,相关分析发现 FC患儿 IFN-α与 IL - 2之间呈显著正相关 (r=0 .5 2 7 P<0 .0 0 5 )。结论 FC儿存在细胞免疫功能异常 ,其参与了 FC的发病过程 ,且与 FC复发可能有一定的关系
Objective To investigate the immunological mechanism of febrile seizures (FC). Methods Serum levels of IFN - α, IL - 2 and TNF - α were measured in 30 cases of FC by double antibody sandwich enzyme - linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) , And compared with 20 normal children. Results The levels of serum IFN - α, IL - 2 and TNF - α in FC group were significantly higher than those in control group (t = 5.929, 5.22, P <0.05, respectively) 0.05, <0.001). Correlation analysis showed that there was a significant positive correlation between IFN-α and IL-2 in children with FC (r = 0.5257 P <0.05). Conclusion There is abnormal cellular immune function in FC children, which is involved in the pathogenesis of FC and may be related to the recurrence of FC
