目的 探讨沙眼衣原体 (CT)感染与精浆中铁蛋白 (Fer)、β2 -微球蛋白 ( β2 -MG)和总蛋白质 (Tp)含量的关系。方法 用放射免疫分析方法和化学法分别检测 3 0例正常生育男性 (正常对照组 )和 62例CT感染不育男性 (CT感染组 )的精浆中Fer、β2 -MG、Tp含量。结果 CT感染组中精浆Fer含量明显高于正常对照组 ,β2 -MG、Tp含量明显低于正常对照组 ,两组之间存在高度显著性差异 (P <0 .0 1)。 结论 测定精浆中Fer、β2 -MG、Tp含量可帮助判断CT感染所致男性不育者的状态 ,指导临床对其进行有效的治疗
Objective To investigate the relationship between the infection of Chlamydia Trachomatis (CT) and the content of Fer, β2-microglobulin (β2-MG) and total protein (Tp) in seminal plasma. Methods The contents of Fer, β2-MG and Tp in seminal plasma of 30 normal fertile men (control group) and 62 infertile men with CT infection (CT group) were detected by radioimmunoassay and chemical methods respectively. Results The content of Fer in the seminal plasma in CT-infected group was significantly higher than that in the normal control group, while the content of β2-MG and Tp in the CT-infected group was significantly lower than that in the normal control group. There was a highly significant difference between the two groups (P <0.01). Conclusion Determination of seminal plasma Fer, β2-MG, Tp content can help determine the status of male infertility caused by CT infection, and guide the clinical treatment of its effective
