用经过优化的溶剂系统在双槽展开箱中用硅胶薄层板作两次展开,对黄连所含原小檗碱型生物碱进行薄层色谱分离,在控制条件下得到商品黄连样品的薄层色谱中可检出包括微量生物碱在内的9~11个斑点,其荧光及紫外扫描轮廓图可作黄连药材的指纹图谱。
Using an optimized solvent system, two thin-layer silica gel plates were used in the double-tank unfolding chamber to perform thin-layer chromatographic separation of the original berberine-type alkaloids in Coptis chinensis, and thin layers of commercial Coptis samples were obtained under controlled conditions. 9 to 11 spots, including trace alkaloids, can be detected in the chromatogram. The fluorescence and UV scanning profiles can be used as fingerprints of Coptidis Rhizoma.
