在我省,关于吸引人才、留住人才虽然讲了多年,但至今人才外流的趋势还在扩大,切实解决这个问题,迫在眉睫。我认为,较为可行的办法是,要以感情、事业、待遇三位一体的思路吸留人才。因为,感情是基础,是前提,是重要因素;事业是根本,是支柱,是关键因素;待遇是动力, In our province, although the talk about attracting and retaining qualified personnel has been going on for years, the trend of brain drain so far is still widening.
