南水北调中线沙河(北)倒虹吸工程是南水北调中线京石段的大型河渠交叉建筑物,位于河北省新乐市。工程计划2006年3月1日开工,由于受征地拆迁的影响,2006年9月5日才正式下达工程开工令。本工程具有工期长、规模大、技术复杂、施工强度大、设计变更较多、施工投入资源较多等特点,工程项目成本管理难度较高。本文结合该工程实例从水利工程的事前计划、事中控制以及事后分析3个阶段分别阐述了成本管理方法。
Middle Route of South-to-North Water Diversion Project The Shahe (North) Inverted Siphon Project is a large-scale river crossing structure at the Beijing-Shijiazhuang Section of the Middle Route of South-to-North Water Diversion Project and is located in Xinle City, Hebei Province. Project started on March 1, 2006. Due to the impact of land acquisition and house demolition, the project start-up order was officially released on September 5, 2006. The project has the characteristics of long construction period, large scale, complex technology, large construction intensity, more design changes, and more construction investment resources, which makes project cost management more difficult. This article combines the project example from the water conservancy project in advance planning, control in the event and after the analysis of three stages were elaborated cost management methods.
