目的:介绍一种自行设计的椎弓根螺钉断钉取出器。方法:以国外文献介绍的椎弓根螺钉断钉取出器为基础,自行设计了椎弓根螺钉断钉取出器,通过尸体标本实验和临床初步应用,检验其实用性和安全性。结果:整套系统在模型骨(Sawbone)及尸体骨上能成功取出断钉;在10例临床患者中初步应用,保持了椎弓根的完整性和椎弓根最初的生物力学特性,未出现任何并发症。结论:自行设计的椎弓根螺钉断钉取出器安全、实用。
Objective: To introduce a self-designed pedicle screw broken nail remover. METHODS: Based on the pedicle screw broken nail remover introduced in foreign literature, the pedicle screw broken nail remover was designed, and the practicality and safety of the cadaver specimens were tested through preliminary experiments and clinical applications. RESULTS: The entire system was successful in removing broken nails on model bones (Sawbone) and cadaver bones; preliminary application in 10 clinical patients maintained pedicle integrity and initial biomechanical properties of pedicles without any appearance of any complication. Conclusion: The self-designed pedicle screw remover is safe and practical.
