杨某,女,2岁6个月。1984年7月10日初诊。母亲代诉:大便干结难解,直肠脱垂半月余。数月来,家长每日给患儿进食“蜂王浆”1支(5ml)以期增强抵抗力,尔后患.儿头面生疮,大便干结难解,每次排便需奋力努争。半月来,每次排大便则直肠脱出,渐致脱垂后不能自行回缩,纳差,口渴不欲饮。检查:直肠脱出4cm,粘膜粉红色无破溃及鲜血。头、面、胸腹有多处散在小脓疮,破溃流黄水脓液,唇红,舌质红苔黄厚,脉数无力,指纹淡滞。据证分析:患
