我院自1989年3月～1997年4月在静脉滴注静霉素的基础上,经纤支镜行病变段支气管灌洗后滴注安灭菌治疗急性肺脓肿50例(治疗组),同期用青霉素静脉点滴加安灭菌静注治疗急性肺脓肿50例(对照组)。观察结果,治疗组疗效明显优于对照组,现报告如下: 1 材料与方法 1.1 临床资料:100例急性肺脓肿患者符合《实用肺脏病学》提出的诊断标准。男74例,女26例,年龄18～64岁,平均48岁。两组性别、年龄、病程无明显差
