合理饮食,平衡营养是保障人体健康的关键。合理营养可促进儿童的生长发育,改进成年人的健康状况,并可使壮年时期延长,防止过早衰老,延年益寿。 若人体所需要的营养素供应不足,或各种营养素配比不合理,都会影响人体健康。营养素供给不足,会导致营养不良,出现多种营养缺乏症,如缺铁性贫血症、佝偻病、维生素A、维生素B_1、维生素B_2和碘的缺乏症等。同时也会使少年儿童的生长发育不良,影响学习,成年人降低工作效率等。 如果营养素摄入过多,则引起营养过剩。
