位于江苏省江海之滨的启东市人民医院始建于1949年,经过了40多年的艰辛创业历程,目前已是一所拥有编制床位380张,实际开放床位426张的县级综合性医院,同时,也是启东市医疗、教学和科研中心。全院占地面积36516m~2,总建筑面积35000m~2。现有在编职工583人,其中高级技术职称40人,中级技术职称136人。设有病区11个,医技科室5个,行政职能科室10个。曾多次荣获省、南通市授予的“文明医院”、“医德医风先进集体”等荣誉称号。1994年,被卫生部评为南通市第一批“二级甲等医院”、“爱婴医院”,并成为“南通医学院教学医院”。 院长(江苏省医院管理学会理事)沈超同志带领领导班子团结进取,开拓创新,使医院基本建设、业务技术、服务质量均有了长足的发展。特别是近几年来,医院班子思想解放、大胆探索,不断推进两个文明建设,医院固定资产从1992年的950万元增加到现在的2770万元;业务收入从1992年的1000万元增加到4000万元。经济效益的提高,给该院增加了活力,注入了勃勃生机,充分调动了职工的积极性和质量意识。
Located on the coast of the Jianghai Sea in Jiangsu Province, the Qidong People’s Hospital was founded in 1949. After more than 40 years of hard work, it is now a county-level general hospital with 380 beds and 426 open beds. It is also Qidong Medical, Teaching and Scientific Research Center. The hospital covers an area of 36516m~2, with a total construction area of 35000m~2. There are currently 583 employees, including 40 senior technical titles and 136 intermediate technical titles. There are 11 wards, 5 medical and technical departments, and 10 administrative functional departments. He has repeatedly won the honorary titles such as “Civilized Hospital” and “Advanced Medical Collective of Medical Ethics” awarded by the province and Nantong City. In 1994, the Ministry of Public Health was named the first batch of “Class A Hospitals” and “Baby-Friendly Hospitals” in Nantong City and became the “Nantong Medical College Teaching Hospital.” Dean (committee of the Jiangsu Provincial Hospital Management Association) Comrade Shen Chao led the leadership team to forge ahead, explore and innovate, and made great progress in the hospital’s basic construction, business technology, and service quality. In particular, in recent years, the hospital team has emancipated and boldly explored and continuously promoted the construction of two civilizations. The hospital’s fixed assets have increased from 9.5 million yuan in 1992 to 27.7 million yuan now; business income has increased from 10 million yuan in 1992 to 40 million yuan. The improvement of economic efficiency has added vitality to the hospital, injected vitality and fully mobilized the enthusiasm and quality consciousness of employees.
