随着社会的发展,知识经济背景下的人力资源管理课程受到高度重视。为适应当代社会对知识经济的需要,各个高校的课程在不断改革与完善。学校更加注重对学生在知识经济背景下人力资源课程的培养。在当今的各大高校中,虽然课程体系在不断进行改革与深化,但依然存在着些许的不足,为学生人力资源管理课程的发展带来严重影响。在知识经济背景下的人力资源管理课程应遵循学生内心的想法与规律,在重视课程体系改革的同时更注重学生人文性与综合实践性的发展,最终达到彻底改革的目的。
With the development of society, human resource management courses in the knowledge-based economy are highly valued. In order to meet the needs of the contemporary society for the knowledge-based economy, the curricula in all universities are constantly reforming and perfecting. Schools pay more attention to students in the context of knowledge-based human resources curriculum development. In today’s major universities, although the curriculum system is constantly undergoing reforms and deepening, there are still some shortcomings, which have a serious impact on the development of student human resources management courses. In the context of knowledge-based economy, human resource management courses should follow the students ’inner thoughts and laws, pay more attention to the reform of the curriculum system, pay more attention to the development of students’ humanities and comprehensive practicalities, and finally achieve the purpose of thorough reform.
