固定床渣油加氢装置是目前业内使用最为广泛的装置,具有工艺成熟、运行成本低、安全可靠等特点。但是渣油加氢装置在运行过程中会出现催化剂失活、反应器结垢和床层径向温度大等问题,如果没有引起重视的话会造成催化剂的浪费和产品质量严重下降等问题,造成资源的重大浪费。笔者主要分析装置出现这些问题的原因,并提出相应的措施以避免造成经济损失。
Fixed bed residue hydrotreating unit is currently the most widely used device in the industry, with mature technology, low operating costs, safe and reliable. However, there are some problems such as catalyst deactivation, reactor fouling and large radial temperature of the bed during the operation of residue hydrogenation unit. If there is no attention, problems such as waste of catalyst and serious deterioration of product quality will be caused, resulting in resource The major waste. The author mainly analyzes the reasons for these problems in the device and puts forward corresponding measures to avoid causing economic losses.
