厚度大致相等的两个铬基钢和镍基钢零件用钨极惰性气体保护焊、熔化极惰性气体保护焊或等离子弧焊都是比较容易的。但如果两零件壁厚相差很大,如将薄壁波纹管与厚壁管焊接,则焊工必须具有很高的技术水平才能完成。焊接的困难在于,当焊接电流按照薄壁零件选取时,两焊件间的熔化是不理想的;如果根据厚壁零件来确定焊接电流,焊接时薄壁零件很快就会烧穿。我们采用的焊接工艺如下:首先在厚壁
Tungsten inert gas arc welding, melting inert gas arc welding or plasma arc welding of two chromium-based steels and nickel-base steel parts of approximately equal thickness are relatively easy. However, if the two parts vary widely in wall thickness, welding of thin-wall corrugated pipes to thick-walled pipes requires the welder to have a high level of skill to complete. The difficulty with welding is that the melting between the two welds is not ideal when the welding current is chosen according to the thin-walled part; if the welding current is determined on the basis of the thick-walled part, the thin-walled part will burn through soon.
