笔者界定了服装买手的定义和职能,分析了服装买手应具备素质能力。归纳总结出服装买手胜任力模型的6个维度:预测能力、专业知识、分析能力、营销能力、沟通能力、个人特质。然后通过问卷调查对服装买手胜任力模型进行验证。最后探讨把服装买手胜任力模型运用到服装企业的招聘管理、绩效管理、团队管理和培训管理中。
I define the definition and function of apparel buyers, apparel buyers should have the quality of ability. Summarize the six dimensions of apparel buyer competency model: forecasting ability, professional knowledge, analytical ability, marketing ability, communication skills, personal traits. Then through the questionnaire to apparel buyer competency model verification. Finally, the apparel apparel competency model applied to the apparel management recruitment management, performance management, team management and training management.
