大子午扩张涡轮具有外壁侧易分离的特点,通过对优化根部、中部和顶部S1型线所得改型和原型共4个方案的数值模拟与对比分析,研究了大子午扩张涡轮的S1型线优化设计特点。结果表明:此类涡轮流动控制的重点在顶部栅前来流条件和出口根部附面层分离径向迁移,采用根部优化能够很好地控制两个因素,采用中部优化只能从顶部来流条件进行控制,顶部优化效果不明显。
