目的观察曲普瑞林对多囊卵巢综合征不孕患者促排卵的效果。方法多囊卵巢综合征患者内分泌紊乱纠正后,实验组给予曲普瑞林+HCG治疗,对照组给予氯米芬+HCG治疗,比较两组给药后排卵时间、周期排卵率、临床妊娠率、流产率等。结果实验组用药72h内排卵率(χ2=4.39)、周期排卵率(χ2=4.71)、妊娠率(χ2=3.89)明显高于对照组(P﹤0.05),还能减少OHSS(χ2=4.32)、LUFS发生率(χ2=4.69),两组流产率相似(χ2=0.09),差异无统计学意义(P﹥0.05)。结论曲普瑞林具有较好的促排卵效果,与HCG合用更能提高排卵妊娠率。
Objective To observe the effect of triptorelin on ovulation induction in patients with polycystic ovary syndrome infertility. Methods After correction of endocrine disorders in patients with polycystic ovary syndrome, the experimental group was treated with triptorelin + HCG, while the control group was treated with clomiphene citrate + HCG. The ovulation time, ovulation rate, clinical pregnancy rate, Abortion rate and so on. Results Ovulation rate (χ2 = 4.39), ovulation rate (χ2 = 4.71) and pregnancy rate (χ2 = 3.89) in experimental group were significantly higher than those in control group (χ2 = 4.39) , The incidence of LUFS (χ2 = 4.69), abortion rate was similar in both groups (χ2 = 0.09), the difference was not statistically significant (P> 0.05). Conclusion Triptorelin has a good effect of promoting ovulation, combined with HCG can improve ovulation pregnancy rate.
