近日,国家自然科学基金委员会决定设立国家重点实验室国际合作与交流专项经费,以配合国家计委和各实验室主管部门加强对国家重点实验室国际合作与交流活动的支持。 国家重点实验室建设是我国科技发展战略的重大措施之一。国家投资建设的155个国家重点实验室基本上覆盖了我国基础性研究的大部分学科,经过10余年的建设,国家重点实验室已初步建设成为我国基础性研究基地、人才培养基地和国内外学术交流中心,取得了丰硕成果,涌现出一批杰出的学术带头人。
Recently, the National Natural Science Foundation of China decided to set up a special fund for international cooperation and exchange with the State Key Laboratories to support the State Development Planning Commission and the competent departments of laboratories in strengthening their support for the international cooperation and exchange activities of the State Key Laboratories. The construction of state key laboratories is one of the major measures for the development of science and technology in our country. The 155 state key laboratories invested by the state basically cover most of the basic research subjects in our country. After more than 10 years of construction, the State Key Laboratory has initially built itself into a basic research base, a talent training base and a home and abroad academic Exchange Center, has achieved fruitful results, emerged a group of outstanding academic leaders.
