随着世界经济一体化进程的加快,各公司、企业之间为争夺市场份额展开了激烈的竞争,而这种竞争归根到底是产品的竞争,它在很大程度上取决于企业是否及时或更迅速地推出适销对路的新产品。因此,新产品开发工作显得尤为重要。然而,随着市场的细分及科技的进步,技术更新换代的节奏加快,新产品开发的难度、开发费用及开发过程中一些不确定因素相应增加,开发新产品的风险也随之增大。笔者建议,企业在产品创新中应注意以下问题:第一,产品创新要围绕着市场开发,坚持动态市场观念。
