对(Y+Ba):Cu为1~2的Y-Ba-Cu-O系列超导材料进行了广泛的实验研究.发现在这一实验范围内Y为15%~40%的任一配比经过通氧烧结后都是欠氧、超导的.观察了不同名义成分的超导体结构,发现它们都含有YBa_2Cu_3O_7的简单正交结构超导相(A相),而差异则体现在另一相(B相)的组分中,即后者似乎起了“吸杂中心”的作用.当Y的含量过多时,在B相上还会发现由Y_2O_3小粒子组成的C相.这些结果可用以解释一系列的实验现象.
A wide range of experimental studies have been performed on (Y + Ba): Y-Ba-Cu-O series superconductors with Cu of 1 to 2. It is found that within this experimental range Y is between 15% and 40% After oxygen pass sintering, they are both oxygen-deficient and superconducting.The superconductor structures with different nominal compositions were observed and found to contain simple orthorhombic phase YBa_2Cu_3O_7 (Phase A), while the difference was found in the other phases B phase), the latter seems to act as a “gettering center.” When the Y content is too high, phase C consisting of small particles of Y_2O_3 will also be found on phase B. These results can be used to explain A series of experimental phenomena.
